Tuesday, November 26th from 1:30-2:30pm, instructor Sue Lapierre will lead you through some stretches and movements to help you in everyday life. Please arrive 10min early and wear comfy clothes. Handouts of what is covered will be available. Snack provided after.
A little more on the session: Functional flexibility involves movement and stretching together, creating more length in the muscles, allowing for improved mobility in the joints. Muscles and connective tissue that move more freely will help the body move better and help to minimize the risk of injury. In this workshop you will learn some simple exercises that will help you lengthen and strengthen the muscles, helping you to continue to enjoy life with less discomfort and with improved physical ability.
